One of the following fans below started to vibrate really bad so to fix this problem I was going to apply a few drops of 3-in-1 oil lubricant to the bearing however when I took off the back sticker there wasn't a hole present :?: I thought maybe these fans were designed similar to Noctua branded fans so I tried to pull the fan housing off but no luck.

I know it looks like you can remove the cover on the backside of the fan like any other generic fan but it cannot be removed because its one solid piece of plastic.
Does anyone who is familiar with these fans know how take off the fan housing?
Model number on the back of the fan says A12025-20RB-3BN-F1.
If possible I would like to refrain from using a power drill.
