Flexy pipe to replace Captube/Pressure Couplers
I swear i saw Unseen use it on one of his monster cascades to join a presure gauge but can't find it now.
Basicly i want to have the gages off the case, desk mounted on a stand as it would be. Showing high and low presures.
Anyone know of anything that i can use?
I don't want to use my manafold as i want to keep the unit shut but will have an outlet for them!

You can buy such a capilarity tubing with SAE G1/4 threaded nuts, it's made of teflon but I wouldn't recommend it.

Why is that then?
Wouls i just be better off using the hoses off a manifold to the manometes then?

Just run capillary to the gauges and braze the capillary to brass fittings. Use loctite to help seal the threads on the fittings.

Nah nah it's more than that. Kinda need the flex we have with the suction line and hoses that we use on the manifolds.
Here is the topic where Unseen had the hose/pipe

@sweeper In any refrigeration shop, else tell me to send you some.

Never had a problem with that and I have 4 gauges just hanging there from my cascade You can snap any thin hose if you bend it excessively. If you are afraid of bending the cap tube you could always sheath it in something thicker like the stainless steel and bronze we use for suction lines.

The gauges will be moves about and on a desk and say the unit is on the floor or other end of the desk. I want something robust and flexy. Cap will not just cut it! If the flexy stuff Unseen used ois anything like say a Goodridge break line on a motor bike then ideal! Thats what i want.
