You can eliminate that by putting a cable tie or three around the center section to reinforce the tube. That might get flatter over time.

see the thing is that i dont really want to ruin the look of the tubing.... unless they have cable ties that perfectly match this..

Something like this. . . http://www.mcmaster.com/#1986k23/=41qmdn

no its fine...
but what got me nervous is that ur using the stock NB, which if i remember correctly is made out of ALU.
Your block is copper.. + Alu = problems...
Or did they revise it?

Depending on your heat load, that section of tubing could warm up enough where it could start to flatten out on it's own. I can not stress the fact enough that it is only a possibility and is not guaranteed to happen.

The top isnt alu?
The base i know is copper, but if i remember, the top should be alu.
Thats why bei fei was making replacements for it.
You see thats the problem.. once u start mixing metals and notice corrosion, its already too late.

I think I would wait it out and see what it does. That kink is only very slight and with thick walled tubing, I doubt you will have a problem.

+1
or just add an extender on your 45. That will give you more height and eliminate the kink. your kink is nothing to worry about now, but give it a little time and it might be more obvious.
