whats wrong with my core tempatures?

nothing?

what is ambiant temp of room what case + what fans/fan setup are you using, what thermal paste are you using and does the cooler make good contact with the chip, is this in a tower case because that copper TRUE is very heavy might be pulling away from one side of the chip

Or the copper's base sucks as all TR bases. Have you checked the flatness of the cooler's base before mounting it?

Example of a True copper base:
