Best cooler for mid tower case?

I recently picked up a cheap QX9650 to play around with it but it seems it can't keep up with my Zalman CNPS9700 so I'm looking for a cooler that performs better than the Zalman. Unfortunately I'm stuck with a mid tower case and since I'm not looking to change my case anytime soon, I'm wondering if you guys can give me suggestions for any good cooler that will fit into a Cooler Master Centurion 5.
I have a TRUE myself but I don't think it's gonna fit in as well as other huge coolers like Megahalem, CM V8....so what would be the best choice here? Really appreciate for any inputs.

TRUE, Mega, Noctua all will fit in CM Centurion 5, its 8" in width, more than CM Elite series.

Thermalright Ultima 90i is best compact cooler period.

Then I might use the TRUE for the QX9650 and get a Megahalem to replace. Thank you guys. Btw what would you recommend for a 120mm LED fan to put on the TRUE?

I also consider the Yate Loon 120mm LED, which one do you think it's better?

I'm not sure about its performance compare to the regular TRUE but I've heard it only gives 1-2C better, plus I don't feel safe when having that mounting on my motherboard LOL. I'm thinking of getting the Mega Shadow.
