cap tube length for 410a

does any one know what length cap tube i should use for r410a the size i useing is 0.036

If it were me I would start at 9 feet and trim as needed.

Just curious but why did you select r410?

i thought i would use r410a as it will hold a better load at lower temps but with the trade off of high discharge pressurs and temps and if it does not work out then i will just use r507 or r404a

now that chart says to use around 8.5 foot for -10c now to get better temps i would need it longer right but shorter for more watt handleing

I would start at 9 ... but thats just my gut feeling...maybe 9.5.

With .042 I was using 9.5 feet and r507 to hold -34c/-35c at 300 watts with the sc18clx.2
