What's up with Sidewinder computers?!?!
What's going on there, I know that Gary is relocating but according to his last email to me it was supposed to take no more than 4 days, it's now more than 11 days!
I'm trying to email him, but no reply!
Any one knows when he'll be back again?

I know its frustrating but you got to be patient, getting all angry and constantly sending emails won't help your cause. A lot of people on these forums will say Gary will come through and you'll be satisfied.

I'm not angry, I'm worried, I mean Gary and I spent more than a week on emails to sort out the problems I'm having and he came up with a solution.
But then he is relocating and I know it takes time to settle things, I'm just impatient and that’s my problem and not garys
How do you expect me to be when I want to get my hand on my first WC system to overclock my newly D0 920 !!!

Just give him some time bud. If he hasn't shipped your order yet, and it has been 11 days, he will make it right. Psyco's right though, spamming his inbox won't help things.

Made it seem like you were spamming. Be patient. I know the feeling on wanting to get your first w/ced rig up and running, but Gary will take care of you.

It's not crack, nor drug. Just a bottomless well.

Indeed... moving, be it to a different home, different business location, or [scary thought]
both at the same time , is a tremendous amount of work which practically always takes longer than expected. Patience--I'm sure Gary will take care of things

I called Gary once after I accidentally placed an order for the wrong speed fans. He cancelled the order for me, with no problems.
I feel bad that I had to give my business for the higher speed fans to someone else though, since he was out of stock

Instead of sending an email to support, send it to the sales email

Don't think it really matters. I've sent to both and got equal response times. I think they all end up in the same overall e-mail box anyways.
