New DDC tops from Watercool

I don't think this has been previously posted but sorry if it has. There are two new tops available, one is a double and the other resembles the styling of the Heatkiller v3.0LT:

Damn they look sexy. Hopefully their performance will be comparable and prices will competitive with the other tops.

Looks like they finally got it right with the top inlet option instead of the 90° turn used on the older tops. Good job.

Any US based retailer selling these? I think they'd sell fairly well.

They don't have any shots of the internals up on their site and knowing them they probably never will. Someone will probably have to get one and post shots here.

I am waiting for the dual top. Nice that they have top inlet. Now hopefully they don't have a 90 (like the XSPC) from one DDC to the other.

Wonder how this compares with the aquacomputer top.

Looks like on that one you can have top inlet too.

gah! why cant these things be made in plexi!! that aqua computer one seems to be designed to negate the fact that the pumps work better when the inlet is at the top, rather than the side, which is better for putting it in a thin place? (such as between 5.25" devices for example)

The AC one does have a top inlet.

The AC dual top looks deferment than any dual top iv seen, the channels looks weird !
is it because each bump has two inlets/outlets ??

I think this design is nice since it allows the discharge from the first pump to enter the large area inlet to the second pump. I feel this would reduce the sharp 90° turns that choked performance on most dual DDC pump tops. I want to get one and test myself though.

Warning, thread hijack
I just got that AC dual top along with two MCP355's for my upcoming chiller build - what would give me the best performance with that top? Using the in/outlets on top?

How so?

It has;

1 side inlet
1 top inlet
1 side outlet
1 top outlet. . .what more does a pump top need for versatility.

News Flash. . .this topic was jacked the instant Cedric post those AC pics.

Best performance with any DDC top is going to be top inlet/side outlet.

Yes, I really want both the AC and the new watercool dual tops. Having my two XSPC hooked up in series by a 45 just doesn't cut it anymore.
