How To Charge R507 and Other Refrigerants

Hi, I Started to build my Single Stage a week ago. and i have some questions.

- How do i have to charge my System, how many hours of vacuum and how many preasures i need to have.
i already hit -46 only carhging some refrigerant, but i think is not tunned and i might i cant hold any load.

so im asking for your advice.
