IFX14 or Cogage True Spirit

I’m building a new i7 system with a 920 and P6T that supports 775 heatsinks. I have a friend moving out of town and he is giving me the choice of either an older IFX14 or a cogage true spirit. The cogage stock fan seems to be pretty good as shown on Hardreviews. I currently have a few Yate Loon D12SM-12 fans to pair with the IFX, will these provide enough airflow? I’m using the upside down Lian Li V1000 case so I will probably need to mount the IFX vertically as it won’t get airflow from the bottom if I mount it in the optimal horizontal way. What do you guys think would be the best option? Thanks for any advice!
