Question [Help] TXV & CPEV sugestion

hi all i want to rebuild my old cascade, i changed refrigerant, evap, SLHX, Inter Stage HX, add one more stage and replace the captube into TXV (1 stage & 2nd stage) also change captube into CPEV (last stage)

Compressors :
2KS224 1.5hp (1st stage)
2KS224 1.5hp (2nd stage)
2PS156 1hp (3rd stage)


Refrigerants :
SuvaŽ 410A or SuvaŽ 507 on 1st stage
certainly r1150 on 2nd stage
mixture R1150, R14, R50 & R740 on 3rd stage


please give suggestions TXV brand and type for 1st & 2nd stage are also brand and type of CPEV for 3rd stage, waiting for advice from all

just vacuuming, disassembled and brazed some replacement parts

for first stage use the danfoss tes2 works with 507/404 i would stay away from 410a unless you have very good condensing on the first stage


there is only one txv that would be any good but its for r23(danfoss teb2) on second stage that you can buy in a shop

to make one work with 1150 you will need to change the gas in the txv bulb to 1150

IMO :

1st stage : Dafoss TS2 or TES2 plus 01 or 02 orifice (01 rather) plus R507
2nd stage : Danfoss TEB2 if You can use R23 there
3rd stage : I have no idea, I only have experience with Fach CPEV.
