140mm fan with 4v startup

Anyone know of any 140mm fans that startup at 4v?

My corsair TX750W's fan is making annoying clicking noises. I attempted to throw in a 140mm fan I had from my lian li case, but it wouldn't start spinning without some help. I measured the voltage with a DMV, it the stock one starts up at 4v.

So anyone know any that startup at 4V?

try using a high speed fan. A low speed fan @ 12v is a useless fan @ 4v

Contact Corsair and see if they'll send you a replacement fan. Silverstone did that for me with an old PSU that did the same thing.
