XSPC RX360 vs Swiftech MCR320

Hey guys, so one of my friends told me a while back not to get the XSPC RX360, since the perforance is practically the same as the MCR320. I've seen HESmelaughs reviews on both the radiators, and also skineee's. I'll mainly be running my fans at about 1650 rpm, and based on the charts, it seems like they really are the same

However, I talked to someone and they said that when they switched out rads, they got a 5 degree drop in temps.

So im really confused right now. Can anyone tell me which is right?

If it was a while back they might have meant the XSPC RS rads, which were about the same price as the Swiftech but worse. The RX are better than the Swiftech rads, but not by 5C. Your friend's 5C temp change was most likely due to a host of reasons.

+1 on Faster

If you can afford the XSPC RX360, get it. If you are running tight on the budget. The Swiftech will do just fine.

I tend to trust the people with accurate measuring equipment and rigorous testing methodology. The rads really should be the same performance-wise, unless you count fractions of a degree as significant. And if you really want to split hairs, neither of those are the best at that fan speed. The good old Thermochill PA has them both beat, but again by a tiny margin. Possibly the Feser X-changer beats them as well, which IMO is the best radiator as far as finish, features and accessories goes. Too bad it's pretty expensive.

The plots say it all. Half the price, near negligible difference in performance at those fan speeds.(my opinion, it's a matter of perspective, as Faster said, not 5C)

You may be on a different curve but the trend is the same. I like swiftech... I just wish they could spray paint as well as they build radiators.

Maybe include SR1 curves?! That'd be nice.
