powder coat the inside of lian li v2010 , can i get advices?

i should drill the rivet out.

after the powder coating finish.

instead of rivet , i could use TAP to drill M3 hole and use M3 screws?
what is the length of screws should i need?

what is the size of the screws in the case? (mother board tray, hdd , psu , side windows and more...)

i want to replece everything to black , can you help me to find and choose?
