PIV newbie questions

huhu all overclockers,

iam fooling around with my system now since some months
did do some overclocking up to 3,7ghz at 5:4ram agp/pci 67/34
so far ...but what should i say the benching results do not really
satisfy me like sandra ram 4200 only or sandra cpu 9200 or aquamark03 48500.

i know i should use the search button lol
but this way is much easier lol.

Are there some general things to say to "optimise" my rig
keeping in about 3,5ghz to 3,7ghz so to say not really xtreme overclocking.

i know some of you can help in a way that i understand it.

First thing I can think of is, do you have Hyperthreading Enabled?

My Sandra CPU is 9400 at only 3.0Ghz.

yes ht is enabled
thats why i wonder of the low result

hmm i got 9250 duron1.6 @ 2440
somethin got to be wrong if my duron beats ur 3.7 intel

Could be thermal throttling, because thats a pretty odd score for something running at 3.7ghz.

i did another test at 3,6ghz
as at that my system is running stable
i did not push any volatge yet.
cpu aretmethic at sandra 9430 points cpu temp 45c
i dunno whats wrong
