Good Private File Sharing Program?

I'm looking for a good program for privately sharing files over the net, that works kinda like how you can send files over messengers?

The problem is that when I do this with a messenger, the upload starts off fast, then starts to slow down more and more until its going at a snail's pace. It happens almost every time, especially with large files.

well dragonwalker is an extremely power File Sharing tool but kinda hard to get but private torrents work rather well
