Oh man, them OcUK....I can't understand how anyone can buy from them...and how som many idiots hangin on thier forum and applauding their prices and products.
Allways expensive, lots of time faulty info...and so on.
I simply can't stand them...
...just look at the extra line 'SILENT heatpipe' they have added on all the HD2900XT cards model name ..yet again they are using dodgy marketing.

what he said ^
shady shop imo, treating customers like dirt, i really dunno how they stay in business
i refuse to shop there now
every now and then, they might have slightly lower prices on the odd thing or two...
but personally, i'd rather shop elsewhere to ensure that i receive decent service should anything go wrong

they're not always bad but yes they are often the most expensive... but at least they always have a good range of products!

I would rather go to America and buy there for $400. UK price is £300 that means $600.It is sad.

Spose £270 was what I was expecting for this though as well it's ripoff Britain,
sorry you didn't like the link :S ? just couldn't find anywhere else that sold it yet here,
Isn't the silent heatpipe version just the normal cooler with a heatpipe in or do i need to look at the sapphires card again :S??

Think I'm going to get one, from microdirect (our customer service is bad too) as I work there and get things at cost price which is £225 on one of these...
If I had to use two molex to PCI-E convertors would it suck for overclocking, my PSU doesn't have any?

GTX is 350, so it ain't so bad even though it is a bit worse (although it is very strong in single card 3d benches)
I still think GTS 320 or 640 is a better deal

IIRC when they say 10 in stock, means that there are more than 10, becaue pretty much all products that are avaliable in high numbers say 10 in stock.

Really? I've always had excellent service from MD. Fast shipping and the one time I needed to send something back a courier came and picked it up next day, day after I had a replacement. Better than anywhere else I've had to deal with and I've bought something from nearly every online store in the UK lol.

Fixed it for you. Another way of putting it is, all that VAT is gonna go towards Blairs' retirement fund & his mortgages...

Heh, here in Sweden we have 25% tax....and STILL lower prices than you see at OcUK.
..and can someone explain to me why they allways show prices without tax, in a shop that is clearly catering for kids and enthusiast..??
..if I had the time I'd go over there and slap'em myself
