Corrupted bios...HELP!!!

I have a Commando with bios 0803 that Ive been using for a couple of weeks now without any problems..... Yesterday after benching I couldnt get my system to boot so I took out the battery, unplugged everything and left it till today..... That seemed to fix my problem and my computer booted today but I cant get in to XP or vista, since my important files are in vista, I tried to reload XP..... Couple mins in the install I get a blue screen saying my bios is not ACPI compatible...... I tried to repair Vista and same thing, blue screen saying my bios is not ACPI.....

So I decided to reflash to my current bios ( 0803 ) and now afudos says it cant recognize my bios version..... Tried different afudos version and same thing, I tried the latest version from AMI and now its saying " Bios does not support AFU".....

So I figure Ill try EZ Flash from bios option.... I cant even get in to EZ flash, its telling me " Bios has no version information".....

So it seems my bios is screwed but I cant reflash...... All the info during POST looks ok and in bios everything looks normal cept for ezflash..... What can I do now? I dont really want to go through RMA cos my board might not pass lol......

Yep, even with the pain in the arse RMA'ing is, it might be the best bet in this instance because of the likelihood of bad hardware causing the issue in the first place.
