BEFORE's X6800 L624A under LNČ [CPU-Z@5512MHz - Spi 1, 2, 4, 8, 16M]
CPU:Core2 Extreme X6800 L624A610
CPU Cooling : LN2 (within -119C to -111C)
M/B: Asus P5B Deluxe WiFi-AP(BIOS 0910)Vcore, Vdroop, Vdimm, Vmch Mods
Memory:SuperTulip PC2-5300 512MBx2
VGA : Jaton 7600GS
HDD : WD IDE 80GB
PSU : Bequiet 600W
OS :Windows 2003 Server (reduced to 150MB of size)
Vcore 1.74V to 1.81V
Vdimm 2.61V
This chip is very impressive. Unfortunately, it starts to cold-bug @-120C.
CPU-Z @5512MHz (Not Win 2003 here, but a light XP)
It can do more than that;
it can load windows @5590MHz (430*13) ... but froze immediately after.
Motherboard limit?
PIFAST @5.36GHz
SPI 1M @5.408GHz (1.74V)
Little higher clocks can be achieved.
Then, the following screenies aren't max benchable clocks, but I've only tried to get a nice set of Spi. It obviously misses me the 32M which crashed after 2mins of computation @5.3GHz.
SPI 2M @5.304GHz
SPI 4M @5.304GHz
SPI 8M @5.304GHz
SPI 16M @5.304GHz
Thx for reading guys!

tRFC 20 at 624MHz, and that too beyond 5.4GHz. Nice to see you finally got a solid CPU.
Loading Windows at 5590 is unreal, wonder if anyone else has ever pulled that off...and that too on P5B-Dlx. Perhaps you might want to give 975 a whirl just for the hell of it.
(Hey, I'm coming over to "your" side...you might as well try "mine"
)

Awesome CPU and fanatstic results!
Isn't the board coldbugged?
If it can load Windows at almost 5.6GHz you should be able to run 1M at at least 5.5-5.55GHz i would think.
Are you gonna do another attempt for 32M?

Nice one Before, great stuff as usual. Is Server 2003 best for SuperPi?

Nice results but why only 2x512? Shouldn't 2x1024 give you a boost in 1M?

Congratulations Xavier, i can see now why you didn't answer on PM, you have fixed the broken vmod
. So i guess the chip can also take voltage after all, it's a true gem.

Nice results there before.
I'm also wondering if you booted @ 400mhz...

965 at 1066 strap is not worse than 975 because there is no way 975 can beat memory at 600+ 4-4-x
Excellent scores on 965

965 is worse because it can't clock the CPU as high as 975.
Now prove me wrong Xavier.

We have (my team) 6700 that is capable on 965 ~5.5 Spi 1m, we will try max win load on the next run

Nice job Before, that 1m run is very fast. I'm glad your new CPU tube is working out for you. Hopefully my L624A will do well under cold also. How's your do under air, mine is absolutely terrible, with stock cooling and 1.45 vcore I can barely get it over 3ghz.

For non XE cpus, 965 is the only option (very high fsb with 1333 strap though)
