Too Many choices.

Im planning on getting a 680i Motherboard, But there seems to be so many choices. Are they all basiclly the same or does 1 board stand out above all others.

They all seem to have minor problems but I guess BIOS updates will fix the bugs.

I'm torn between 2 boards at the moment.
the ASUS Striker and the ABIT IN9 32X-MAX.

But then I can also get any of the following:
Gigabyte board
ECS board? Never heard of ECS
MSI board
EVGA board

All seem to be good boards but the price varies quiet a lot, Cost isnt an issue I just want the best board.

I do however need SLI for my 8800GTX cards and I will be buying a Quad processor, so thats really the only things I am concerned with.

So can anyone help with my choice. The threads on some of the boards here are very valuable but for me make the choice even harder.

If your going all out might as well go for the Stricker.

ECS is the same reference board as the eVGA & eVGA support looks to be more responsive.
MSI P6N is also a reference mobo & the non-reference P6N Diamond has still to appear in retail.
Gigabyte looks interesting.
