I like the standard one better. I have absolutley no need for that many optical bays. And black matte FTW.

Man, why did they give him the ugly version.
This case would definitely be something for a WC rig. I considered a U2-UFO myself, but went with P180B instead as, although it's certainly more of a pain, I think the end result will be quieter. But around here mostly nobody thinks of noise. Certainly good for performance, airflow and roomy!

Oh my, that thing is huge! Does it come with a parking permit, too?
By the way, how come xtremesystems.com still shows as recent content the same ol' Mushkin PSU, Abit AW9D, etc.? Or is it only me?

Nice case .... but I thought it was upstaged by the Corsair Dominators at 1260 MHz.

I think the red contrasts with the blue LED's too much. I like the black better.

Flimsy?
I really wanted this case until I was reading through a worklog that described it as particularly flimsy...
http://www.xoxideforums.com/925846-post23.html
I guess I'll go with the 343b or something a bit more structurally sound. Eh?

It seems like he has an older version, AFAIK the new ones come with 3 separate panels, at least mine did (U2-UFO) and it appears that OPP's did, though some versions may not i guess. As far as sturdiness goes, i think its pretty damn sturdy. It's definitely the best case ive used for water cooling. Also the new version of the U2-UFO doesnt have the HD rack w/ 80mm fans that he is complaining about. Overall its an expensive case but it is very nice to work in.

I have one in black with just a window only on top. It's VERY sturdy. My only problem was more to do with the powder coating I think. The front 5.25" bays were really tight on mine.
I used the left 5.25" rack on mine to hold a LCD, switches for fans and lights, and of course one of those cheap little Silverstone USB/Audio/1394 I/O panels (forgot another problem, UFO's don't come with USB ports in front).
The right 5.25" rack holds a DVD and 2 hard drives on silencers. I used the small rack in back above the power supply to mount my pump and reservoir, which then get cooled by 2 120mm fans. I still have so much room in this case, I feel like I'm wasting space.
One thing I did just out of curiosity was to cover the inside of the case with white Nexus sound absorption matting. Didn't make much difference in the sound department, but the white interior on a black case looks kinda cool.

+1.
Also, it's too big IMO. I have better and less space-consuming ideas to mount
triple rads. And not to mention ... for this kind of money one could almost put
a low-end pc together!...

They should at least provide some matching bay covers. Otherwise make it black so it's easier to find alternative. I'm not liking the design either, it'll be hard to do cable management since there is no where to hide anything.
