Scythe Infinity...Bad Axe 2...hummmm...

I have installed a Infinity in my new Bad Axe 2. Temperatures ok. Nevertheless, the dissipator has a base that excels some cms of the socket, and is upon a line of capacitors. The distance over the capacitors until this base has only the thickness of a sheet of paper.
Is this correct or I must worry? Is better to change by another heatsink more safe -I.E. Thermalright ultra 120-? Thanks!
