x6800 b1 (ES)

Were the x6800 b1 (ES) chips as good as the b2?
I have an opportunity to buy one for 670.00 and was wondering if it was worth the money. Im looking for another chip that will match my (ES) e6700 in my sig.

Otherway around bro. All of my ES have run hotter and are faster clock for clock. Under air/water retail is better under sub zero the ES seem to clock better.

Do you know if the x6800 (es) b1 chips are better than the b2's?

I have X6800ES step 5 B1

For 24/7 with Tuniq Tower I have 3850MHz on 1.575V, well no bad
With dry ice cooling = 4500-4600MHz is max
LN2 cooling = 4920MHz is max

Not super good, but not bad.
