raptor vs raptor

ok, im building a new pc in january (finally!)

i definately want a raptor as my primary drive (dont care about the noise they make)

so, i was wondering..

whether to go for the 36gig or 74gig as primary (note; i will have either one, or two secondary 320gig seagates)

are those seagates the news ones that use perpendicular recording? and will they be running in raid? because if they are it is almost useless to get a raptor because those things will be plenty fast!

well if you only plan on putting a FEW games an I-Ram would probably give the absolute best performance but just about Any Raptor will perform nicely

i would say put the seagates in raid0 and that will be fast enough for any game and less of a hassle to pick which drives do what. but if you really want one any one with the 16mb cache will do nicely
