MCR220 maximum heat dissipation capacity?
I currently own an MCR220 and am toying with the idea of using it for my possible upcoming system:
P5B w/ MCW30
E6600 w/ Apogee
8800GTX w/ Apogee 1-U w/ G80 Bracket
w/
Petras modded top DDC-02 (18watt) and an MCR220.
Now, I used to run a 220 on a 165 @ 2.8 and X1900XTX, and it handled it OK. What am I looking at by adding the chipset into the loop? I am upgrading the pump over a D5 so I am looking at less heatdump and greater head/flow with the DDCw/top.
I am just curious as to what the expert minds think here of the MCR220's capacity to dissipate the heat from all these sources.
I will be OC'ing - 6600 to 3.6 and G80 to 650 on the core (hopefully).

Off topic, but can you measure the core length, and the length tank on the ends of that mcr220??
I'm going to mount 2 of them internal and would like to start planning now.

impossible to measure without VERY specific controls.
Things you need
1. CFM of air through rad
2. Radiator Inlet temperature for both air and water
3. GPM of water through rad
with those pieces of information you can calculate the watts/btu's/joules dispiated. without that its really hard to tell how much energy is really being disipated.
with all of that said, your rad will be able to cool your loop, but the water temp will just stabalize at a higher temp than it would with a lower heat load. With the setup you posted I would reccomend to get an MCR320 to get optimal temps (or a PA120.3 if you want the ultimate)
