Cheap GF cards without coldbug at -100*C ?

Hi

I want to buy very cheap SLI config (around 350 $ max) , I'm thinking about 6600GT, 7300GT, 7600GS, maybe used 7800GT or GTX 256 MB. In future I have plans to test eg. cascade on them, so guys, please tell me which of those cards for sure will be working OK under -100-120*C cascade's evaps ??

Thanks

Regards
Peter

My 7800GTs cold bugged in 2d with zalman coolers and cold air. When I made my WR runs I had to put the 120mm fan on a fan controller and turn it off when 3dmark ended or else I'd black screen.

Constant 3d always forced I tested it, watched temps as I turned fan on, as soon as they went lower than the minimum driver display (25c was it?) they black screened.
