Canadian Phase Change Builders?

I bought a unit from chilly1 about 6 months ago and it recently stated dieing on me. It can no longer handle the load of a 6700ES@4.1ghz 1.57 volts with the temp just slowly increasing until shutdown. Since he gave me a warranty of one year it is still fully covered by him and he said I could ship it to him and he would cover all the costs.

Knowing the situation that chilly is in I wouldn't really want to make him pay around 80-90bux for shipping (one way, 160-180 overall) so we agreed that if I could find someone's services I could use here in canada, he would just cover the costs of the builder and save on shipping instead of fixing it himself. Also knowing how busy chilly is, it would probably take a while for him to do the repairs, spending the time that he doesnt really have. Considering the extra shipping time it will also be benefitial for me to use a canadian's services since going back to air from phase will be very painful and I would like to keep it as short as possible.

If you are capable of helping me and chilly out or know anyone that can please contact me or post in this thread.
