VERY cool (cold) silent video card?

Hey, all,

I'm looking for a silent (no active cooling), low temperature VC in the ranks of 7300GT or higher.
Importance in that order (silent required, as cool as possible, prefer 7300GT+).

After reading a Club OC review of Gigabyte 7600GT Silent Pipe II, it seems the top pick for now. Anything better out there? It should run under 50*C idle minimum, I would prefer 40*C idle or less (with proper airflow in the case).

alfaunits, why do u want passive cooling? if only for silence then u can setup watercooling system. i think it'd better... but if u don't want this then look at this: Asus Silent Cards.

Silent is required, no W/C, no OC required.
I know ASUS has Silencer and Gigabyte has Silent Pipe, and there are some Gainward Silent solutions. I need first hand experience, as to how hot these run.
