1900xtx and later 8800gtx loop?

I am thinking of getting a loop just for my gpu, which is 1900xtx atm and will be 8800gtx as soon as that is out. I had a storm G4, iwaki, bix3, and maze 4 loop which I had to get rid of to move to phase and now I cant stand air cooling on my gpu making it run at 75C under load. Here is what I had in mind

DD Mag 2 LE
Maze 4 Acetal top
For the rad I am not sure if I need a single or double BIP with a quietish 70CFM 25mm fan.
I already have a Tline

A few questions...

1) I know that pump is weak but it should be enough for me since I am only running one very unrestrictive block, right? I like that pump mainly because its a bit cramped at the bottom of the case and its size will be very useful.
2) Will maze 4 fit on 8800gtx when that comes out? What kind of mountings will I need?
3) For my 1900 I am thinking a single BIP will be enough, but is it a no way for the 250watt 8800gtx beast? I am not really looking for massive performace but under 55C load would be nice. The problem with the rad is not the price but rather the mounting problems I might have mounting it into my thermaltake shark case.
4) I have read many conflicting things about memory cooling. Some say heatsinks help some say they dont... I am planning to run a 120mm 50CFm fan over my card, like I do now, will I be ok with that and the maze 4 or will I need sinks as well? Again I am not really looking at running high ocs on the vcard.

Thx in advance.

1) Pump is fine
2) No-one knows til the 8800gtx is released.
3) 120.1 format radiator will cope fine with just a GPU. Double isn't necessary.
4) Use Ramsinks.

While the pump is terrible, it will do the job. 55C load is not a hard thing to reach. But wouldn't 40C be nicer?
