Wow, SC18G is chill, first pic doesn't work for me... What refrigerant are you gonna charge with?

maybe r402a, maybe r404a, maybe cyclopropane (~80 euro/kg)

Sounds good How about load handling?

Edit: 80 euros/kg is pretty damn expensive right? Blend with r402a maybe?

Condesnor is massive!!! Should be good for cooling it all down, no coil need then i guess.

He's also using a large copmressor, I'd still put in the coil for vibration dampening though.

I would suggest to not use cpev in first autocascade, even for both stages.

What gas you gonna use ? If CO2 as low stage gas, cpev is really bad choice.

I think you should start with captubes, too much load changes for cpev...of course I`m suggesting you, you will do what you want

Awesome duniek, but your already going to have large problems with your gas selection, I hope you can figure it out from this comment.

Why copper?
Whats wrong with basic (cheap) steel wool?

Steel wool is very hard to keep from bursting into flames or oxidizing.

ALSO: CPEV may not work the way your wanting it to, it sets the suction pressure, and therefore you'll get an average between the two CPEV's when you don't want that.

Even with R170 gas...

R402/R404a or other R4xx gases are mix of two or more gasses, with different P/T charts...

So, there is possibility, that in phase separator R4xx will separate, half of it will go to evap, and second half to HX

And since r404a is r507 and r134a, whichever is lighter is most likely to seperate out.
