Memory divider on P5wDH I don understand

This happens to me everytime I change motherboards....Seems so hard at frist but then its cake...ANyways...I have patriot ddr667 ram and have no clue what setting to put it on....can somebody give me an easy explaination of the ram dividers..I know this mem can run 900 mhz easy with 2.1 v and cas 5, but I get everything but setting mhz.....I so lost on the divider of this mobo....I want to run 1:1 at 450fsb.....or 1:1 at 400 Thanks and cheers..

1:1 at 450fsb-450x2=900
1:1 at 400- 400x2=800
