Problem with a chilly 1 SS

I got the unti 4 months ago from chilly1 himself and today it started giving me a really odd problem. I woke to my room beign 10C today versus the usual 22C. So I went to turn my computer on and everything worked fine for a bit but then the unit turned itself off saying it reached critical temps. Critical temp being -70C. Its actually not really tclose to that temp at all, its tempsa re really in the usual range (-40s) when i look at cpu temps but for some reason it started showing way lower then it really is and shuts itself off... Can I turn off that safety feature somehow? I am using a gfroster XE v 1,2 controller.

ok WTF now it says it reaches critical tems at -26c, right after it boots... Again nothing wrong with the unit itself its the controller thats shutting it down and showing ridiculous temps. So at this point I can't even reflash the firmware because it wont turn on for long enough to do that.

What you need to do is flash the firmware on the controller it seems it became corrupt. Mione did the same their is nothing wrong with teh cooler its self its just the controller. Flash it using the software and all will be fine.
