Is there a slot fan similar to this that suck air from the outside and will blow it on the vga?

the diode in side most of the expensive ones wont let u reverse the dirrection but if u buy an ell cheapo one fomr ebay they normally dont contain diodes so will reverse. problem solved. dropped my 66gt load temps buy 11 degrees by doing this.

most pc fans are brushless and can't work in reverse from like you said a diode, they are contolled by a small chip and hooking it backwards would break it so they include the diode to protect it, and i think if you have a fan with a brush motor it's probably noisy

For low profile side blowers, they will not work even if you reverse it. If, however, you use a regular fan, it'll work, but won't suck air from the outside. Most PC-used fans are designed to spin one way, the other way generally won't work and won't be efficient due to the blade design.

Yep, that's a traditional fan mounted inside a fan guide, that's why it requires 2 slots to get to something like 70% efficiency.
