As far as I'm concerned the adata doesn't like voltage at all. Mine didn't care if i put 2,9V on them they still didn't go any higher

aren't those supposed to love voltage? =/
well I sold my vitesta and got myself a pair of Corsair BH-5. And I was in heaven until i remembered that my motherboard only could achive 2,9Vdimm without modding it.

At my workplace, A-Data actually sent our company their DDR-566s. The chips read as follows.

    Samsung 425
    K4H560838F-TCCDs

So these are indeed the F die TCCDs. Although the SPD gives 6-3-3-3, I've tested them at 5-2-2-2 up to 225 FSb at 2.8v on a Soyo Dragon 87P. My lowest timings were 2.5-4-4-7 (which for Pentium 4's is alright... better than 3-4-4-8) at 280 FSB in dual channel. The change from 2.8v to 2.9v yielded no increase in OC, so I'm guessing it doesn't like voltage. However, I've yet to volt mod thos board (still waiting on my work to purchase a P4C800).
On an A8V with an FX-53, I was also able to get that board up to 235 FSB at 3-2-2-6 at the stock multipler of 12. Haven't done further testing but I'll see. I'll also try testing it on an AG8 with a 3.0E.

That definitely sounds good for overclocking.

A-data DDR566 (Samsung TCCD) is good in overclock!!

D5 can working 8-4-4-3 (1:1) to pull high Mhz.....& Winbond BH-5 could set RAM clock in the best 5-2-2-2......

    but,TCCD even to get up!!

    DDR566 V-dimm just only 2.5v

by RAM clock in the best 5-2-2-2 in DDR446 V-dimm 3.23V

ocz stopped eb production weeks ago!

and about the samsung tccd memory... thats nice for people who are scared of high vdimm or of doing vdimm mods, but hynix still outperforms it. the new hynix memory even runs with 2.5-3-3 up to ddr500+
