    well been trying for 2hrs to get my lan back ....dead..nvraid dead...on another computer flashed bac to various diff bios still dead now what.reloaded all nv drivers still dead.

    Maybe it is somewhat board rev related. I know my usb keyboards won't work at all but some other usb devices do.

    nice to see DFI are at least keeping up with their standards...or lack of them.

    Glad i switched to the ABIT AN8 now.........

    Had nothing but trouble with the SLI-DR....binned it...got the ABIT....no problems now at all

    shame DFI cant sort out their QC cause they would be great boards if they did

    Just concurring with the USB issue, flashed, no worky. Ps2 worked fine, but Logitech and generic USB keyboard no go, keyboard gets power, but doesnt work.

    I own 2 DFI's and I agree that quality control is still an issue, but you can't beat them for OC performance... Not even Abit.

    I successfully flashed using Winflash 1.76 with no issues - my mx1000 usb mouse works perfect as well as the onboard nvidia lan

    Perhaps you can't use CMOS reloaded with saved settings from another bios?
    I manually set every timing.

    Also, I check every box (edit1: to update all areas) in Winflash when I image, and make it load cmos defaults.

    After flashing it I also tried shutting everything down and resetting cmos. That didn't help even after going through the bios and resetting all my settings. USB keyboard and mice that I was trying didn't work at all. I didn't try any other usb devices.

    With bios 615 my adata vitesta 600 can finally do 1T @ any clock but now that my 1T problem was finally solved a new HUGE PROBLEM arosed with this SLI-D board: I absolutely do not know why but if I overclock (I am now @ 260x10 1:1 but I did not try to understand @ what FSB value this starts to happen ) when I switch off the Pc and turn on again this damned mobo get stuck at post. To be more precise it slowly posts (first, stuck at timings then rapidly list ide drives) but when it arrives to detect the last 2 SATAs HDD it hangs and never boots up. I am forced to clear cmos and then I can overclock, boot and reboot thousands of times without problems UNTIL I Switch off my PC again!!! I am going mad, since without overclocking I can switch on and off and everything works like a charm even @ 1T. My PSU in an Enermax Noisetaker 600W and I have connected the 5v to the mb, too, Rams are in orange slots....

    Please I NEED URGENT HELP! I have same problems with other beta bioses.I am readind every single forum about DFI and I see that this is a common problem but noone appearently has a cure!

    Just flashed - workin' like charme. Mouse & Keyboard on PS/2.

    Take care to set the RAID config manually again in BIOS - after flashing the previous setting disappears and if not done the HDD's running in RAID won't be recognized.

    It's working great for me however i'm using a ps2 mouse and keyboard. Just got a venice 3000+ paired with my old TCCD is running 305 1:1 just fine with an everest write speed over 3400mbs... Things are going well for me today
