I have exactly the same heat problem with my 2600k and the supreme hf nickel block. Ive proved "everything" , different TIMs, refit, i open the block to see if there was something wrong with it but im getting the same "high" temps. My chip needs 1.47v in order do 5ghz so my cores can go up to 90 degrees during prime or ibt. I decided to try my "oldie" nickel plated heatkiller v3.0 and i got i better results. I dont know what to say![]()
