    CL2.

    any experineces with theese chips

A-data wont run 2-2-3-11 at 450-460 area, MAYBE 400, a-data hates tight timings, i would go with the twister, my friend had those and reached 510 2-2-5-2 w/ 3.2v dunno what they would do with 2.8 tho.
but if you like 1:1 mhz go with a-data beacuse they will go nearly 600 with 3.2v 3-4-4-8

What chips are his modules equipped with?
    Winbond or these Powerchips,
    'cause I'm a bit concerned bout them they+re declared at 2-3-3-8@433 ( a bit weaker than Corsair 3500C2 2-3-3-6)

Well i'm not sure how the hell I'm gone score 300FSB...

    powerchip? weird...

i only heard good things about twinmos twister so far. some even managed 250fsb 2-2-2 with 3.7v they are good performers with cl2 and cl2.5 but cl3 doesnt give them a boost at all.

with cl2 they reach around 250 with enough volts and with cl2.5 around 260 or 270 with a lot of volts, ive even seen 280 iirc.

    240 2-3-3 shouldnt be a problem with 3v and maybe even 2-2-3
