Either way, the answer is no. This is the 2nd blockand I haven't repeated my steps over and over again, is just that the difference between "the block is too loose" and "damn, now is too tight and I've shorted/killed something" seems to be in the region of decimals of mm...
I hear you, that's why I've asked my gf too to look into the problem too. She knows very little about computers, but her logic is sound.
