Also look at the second pic... "performance close to the 5830" WOW! I can pay more money for the 460 and get performance CLOSE to the 5830 LOL.
Why would it not have much overclocking room?

Both the gtx 480 and 470 both overclock well for such hot products and the 460 produces less heat and its pretty safe to assume it uses less energy. sConsidering the gtx 465 overclocks pretty well and has a bunch of crap silicon that just produces heat, I think the gtx 460 should overclock better.

Additionally, nvidia is touting this to be a pretty good overclocker and not from just their mouth, but some of their partners which sell both AMD and Nv products.

Its really safe to assume that this card will overclock well or atleast better than the gtx 480/470.

Additionally consider the benchmarks and the bullet points from NV came from the same package, it just seems NV is not be completely arrogant or conniving in their advertising. With NV vs AMD graphs actually starting at 0(which AMD has not been doing lately), it actually very tactful of NV for once. They are not crapping on their competition to make themselves look better and they are not spouting too much crap about gtx 460(hyping it up).

NV is definitely showing a sign of weakness those. The 5830 is the lame duck of AMD lineup. The 5830 performs worse than a 5850 substantially and uses more power. Pretty much every reviewer panned it and the two that didn't damaged their reputation. Honestly if the gtx 460 doesn't blow the 5830 out of the park considering how new this chip is, its going to be a disappointment for the 200 dollar crowd considering the wait.
