They talk to a bunch of industry insiders, including Tim Sweeney responsible for the engine, anonymous game developers, and two top PR people from each GPU camp. Very interesting read, although it might help BSN*'s credibility if their grammar didn't suck eggs, especially when supposedly quoting these people. Who knew native English-speaking industry professionals could have such difficulty with transitive verbs?

For all I know, Theo could have made the whole article up in his head. Either way, worth a read.
