Nice frequencies... Might I just ask, how do you insulate your pot? I have one of your pots, wrapping them in paper doesn't seem to be enough. (Mobo is of course insulated around the mem sockets)

The ram did not degrade at all, i did not want to "push" to hard becourse it was my best, and only kit.
The mainboard was Insulated with eraser, around the dimms.
The rampot was Insulated with Armorflex tape, i can make pic. later and post if you want.
By the way, i wold like soo see your result with rampot Mean Mashine !

Nice RAM-OC from you again. I like that you prefer tight timings and no lazy MHz hunting. Congrats, awesome results!
Maybe I should finally use your RAM-pot (same model, bought 2nd hand), I`m just watching it for months. Atm my limit for my 2 x 1 GiB D9GTR are 2.03 V for reasons of safety^^, but that`s good enough for >800 MHz 6-5-5-13 @ SPi 32M (or 6-5-5-14 @2.00) at least. 5-4-4 should give an very nice extra boost for my lowclock competition.

I'm more than happy to oblige. Crucial Ballistix PC16000 9-9-9-24 these are, 2.48V. Just a pretty quick test. D9GTS as well.

That was at about -75c. The weird thing is that the mems run absolutely fine even at -130c, I never went below that. There's probably some more to gain, I think the NB was the limiting factor.

should be. capacitors are the limiting factor, right? so as long as you can cool them down enough to prevent failure, you should (theoretically) get the same results.

Impressive work John, however, I cant help wondering whats wrong with the 1060mhz, the BW seems very low, might be PL or strap
    5.3ghz and 1060mhz ram 6-5-5- I would have expected above 16GB/s
