cool mod, I honestly think this card should of taken up three slots, because the stock cooling is terrible in my opinion. Good way to get around it without forcing to go watercooling. Would love to see some nice thermalrights all over it

This may seem incredibly noob, but, where and how does it plug in?

Two cards are connected using a single flexible SLI adapter. From there an onboard SLI controller chip synchronizes both cards. The two cards are connected together physically, and the card housing the controller chip is connected to the motherboard using PCI-E 2.0

So it only plugs in once?

What happened to the PCI-E connector of the second PCB? Did he hack it off?

Well, the card did 885/1170MHz without any glitch at 13°C room temperature and yielded 119k+ 3DMark2001SE aswell as some 330k+ AM3 (note the DDR2 platform).

Man this is simply freaking awesome,
i think i'm a bit overly protective of mine until it becomes obsolete. (plus i'm trying to keep power consumption down.)
As Los Alamos director J. Robert Oppenheimer watched the demonstration, he later said that a line from the Hindu scripture the Bhagavad Gita came to mind:
"I am become Death, the destroyer of worlds."
Test director Kenneth Bainbridge in turn said to Oppenheimer, "Now we are all sons of b**ches." wiki
