Not a problem. I'll open up the box and take a look as soon as it comes and post what it is.

OMG this board is crazy good
i'm very happy with mine from initial tests
i can bench my Corsairs (for the first time) in dual channel at 980MHz 8-7-7-20 1T on Intel chipset (32M SuperPi stable)
board is efficient and with some subzero cooling on MCH and high volts i should be able to bench PL-7 past 510Mhz and hopefully PL-6 close to 500 heh
did a quick 4.62GHz 32M run and got 9m59s >> pretty efficient compared to previous boards i tried
Asus P5E3 DLX is a touch more efficient though...so bit more work to do....will take it up with bios engineers to see what we can do
i am using official P4 bios
i am extremely happy with this board

Just opened the box for the X48 DS4. It is, in fact, a rev 1.3. I will not be able to install it and fire it up for a week or two, just got called away to travel for work. I will post results whenever I finally get home.

[EDIT- figured it out it was a PSU problem with X900 Seasonic...corsairs HX620 and HX1000 work fine]
i got some issues with my X48T-DQ6 and official F4 bios
every cold boot i had from previous day's (overnight) bench session would result in continuous power cycling and it's impossible to have the board boot....even if i leave stable settings the night before
this morning it took me 15 minutes to finally get the board to post >> very odd
once it does boot the first time it has no issues running...i can boot, shut down, reboot, turn it all off....let it sit for half an hour and no issues....but overnight causes it to go through constant startup/shutdown.....we are talking about half a second startups here lol
when it did i found F4H bios and flashed the board
cleared cmos, rebooted and went to windows at stock settings and shut the board down....i'll see what happens tonight
hopefully it was just bios related....otherwise i'll send it off for repairs
this board is pretty fast and clocks the ram much better to X38 Gigabyte boards i have
i can finally bench my Corsairs a hair away from 2GHz...980MHz 8-7-7-18 1T max 32M SuperPi stable so far
here is an entry i did for sub10m category in 32M challenge thread

Hi Dino,
that's tough m8,. Maybe is a bit of cmos corruption & hopefully you've cleared it I've had the odd failure on cold boot but not often to be an issue., have just put it down to borderline settings & pilot error
See 3rd link in Bios Section
I'm still running wqth F5A seems to be the best, for me anyways.
luck

My trip got delayed a day and I was able to get the X48 DS4 installed this afternoon. I simply took out the X38 DS4 and put it in it's place. Smooth a butter. I don't have the time to properly push it, but I can say that it is running my QX9650 at 3.33ghz at stock voltage, as well as all 8 gig of the G-Skill without issue. When I get back I will push it, but so far so good.

Hey guys.
I am facing weird issue with X48-DQ6.
I set it up with E8400 (Q807) + 4GB Gskill 4GBPQ + 6200TC for testing.
PSU is Tagan BZ800.
Now problem is with manual overclocking.
Whenever I modify CPU Host Clock control to ENABLE.
No matter what FSB value I set and what memory multiplier i use, the system. Once i save and pc goes to post, it reboots with default settings.
Even Default FSB 333 does not work if set manually.
CIA2 on other hand works like a charm with any divider and overclocks cpu
Tried AxeRam memory modules as well. Same there. So RAM issue ruled out.
Tried F6 as well as F7G beta.
Any clue what I am doing wrong?
Its not like I am new to ocing. But this is my first Gigabyte board in long time.

do this....set all your overclocking voltages up first...now save...go back in adjust the FSB and now save to see if that holds...i found at times if i tried to many changes at one time, on my "T" board, it would not save and then revert back to settings that would work.

I don't see a X48-DS5 thread, is this where I should be? Are they very different or not?
