    extreme cas 2??

lol i don't think it exists, at least not without alot of power (3v+)

i would recommend looking into the mushkin level 2 black pc3500. its rated cas 2 2 2 so that would get you 217mhz guaranteed cas 2. if you relax the other timings you should be getting around 225-230 cas 2. that would do for up to around 290fsb 5:4.

btw what cooling are you using on that 2.8?

    245 2-2-2-5 with 3.2v (bh5 memory)

twinmos 3700 with 4.3ns twinmos chips does 245 2-2-3-5 with 3.2v, the new twinmos memory in wlcsp packaging seems to be very nice as long as you dont want 2-2-2 timings.

basically XMS pc3500 is gaurenteed bh-5, as well as the mushkin black level2 pc3500. Both should do well for what you are asking.

I believe the newer xms 3500 are with ch-5 chips...... try the mushkin or hyperx 3200 (khx3200/256)... you might need to voltmod your mobo to run 2-2-2-5 at 235fsb......
