sounds like a friend of mine. he's a computer engineer major, manages to get really good grades, and still makes it to raids every night at 6 and makes random characters all the time just to play new stuff
Got a fan over those memory sticks? No? Well get to it before you kill them

yeah best episode ever, i do tend to play a a lot but it's really just sometimes i do want to play it and other days i just won't feel like it, pretty much about how i feel for most other games, Entity pretty much explained it.

Haha, I saw it last week on air and have not laughed that hard in ages. As a die-hard FPS gamer I have seen too many people go over to that WoW crap, I don't get it at all.

If you've watched any of the raid-videos some guilds upload, you'll be amazed that some people actually speak like they did at the end of the episode (that droning tone where every second word they said had something to do with WoW)... Pretty pathetic actually...

    Kick ass Fugg!

One of my best friends hasn't had a job in like 6 years, lives with is ailing Grandmother and plays WoW for at least 5 hours a day, every day.

    I try to tell him he's got a problem...he doesn't care.

It's totally pathetic. The worst part is when I visit him and try to get his fat / lazy butt to head out...into the real world for some fun. Half the time he whines and es about having to get dressed. The other half he practically ignores me cause he's still got "one more thing" to do in game before we head out.

Nope...thats the worst part...he is. We've been like brothers since we first met in 1990. I've been there for him through everything. Watching his decline into depression and apathy has killed me.

I've got him a comp tech job once, he quit after like 1 month. I then put a good word in for him at my University, he got in then quit after the 2nd semester with a "F" average. This was around the time he started playing Final Fantasy 11.

After he moved onto WoW he just slugs off his Grandma. Steals money out of her purse to get things, etc.

I stopped trying to help him about a year ago. I've just accepted that he wants this. Its tough, however after making several good attempts I've come to realize that you can't save anyone who doesn't want to be saved.

He has absolutely no life and he only plays 5 hours a day? You sure you didn't mean 15?

I recently saw this episode and one word to summarize it: WOW. It was a very good episode. "You can just hang outside in the sun all day tossing a ball around, or you can sit in front of your computer and do something that matters".
"Victory is always possible for the person who refuses to stop fighting"
