    X6800 @VapoLS + X1900CF Stock Coolers = 77K 3DMark2001

    Setup:
    - Core2 Duo X6800 "WB" @ 4.480 Mhz
    - Asus P5W-DH no mods
    - Vapochill LS mod by Ricky
    - X1900XT Crossfire with Stock Coolers @ 742-855
    - Corsair 6400C3 @ 862Mhz 3-3-3-9
    - Tagan 900W
    - And some old scholl tweaking

And here it is the result :

Thats why 3DMark2001 still is my favorite bench, art still count

Next benchs will be with much more serious cooling in the CPU and graphic cards

I agree, it'll never die even if they do kill the ORB. Amazing how "easy" it is to pull HUGE numbers with Conroes these days. Looks almost like a 24/7 rig but yet the scores are killer.

Btw, title needs fixing, I'm sure 71k isn't too difficult for you.

Though i havent benched for a while I doubt that macci's score is bugged or cheated..... there are some very good benchrs now like Kingpin Fugger Kinc Hipro5 etc but I still believe macci is in a class of his own..... ( ok Opp and macci).

but 100fps higher then the best ati bencher in the last year, wich was Hipro, wich was the guy that clocked his card higher then everybody else who is the 01 king, god, nah just cannot believe or accept that

nevertheless we are in Pedros thread we'll take this further some other time

macci ran CF, hipro did not. Still it's a little odd with the clocks he ran, maybe forced AFR or something

OMG! over 1000 fps in the low detail game tests! Save that score on your computer, once the orb is up again, youll be able to submit and publish it! I refuse to believe they wont fix the orb for 2001, its too popular and futuremark knows about good publicy

By the way, the "experts" say 90k is gonna fall once the orb is back up

    Thank you my Guru

Maybe it is the highest LH, but that is just with a nearly 24/7 setup to demostrate the power of Conroe in 2001

With proper cooling we can see LH reach 1250+ levels ..

Using WinXIP for CF support of course, standard Catalyst 6.6 and some basic tweaking and my very old running order that always start with Lobbys

    Great results Pedro!

I guess you'll be the first one to break 80k with that setup.

I'm quite sad when I'm looking at this picture of the only 2k1 run me and Kinc did at DreamHack. It locked up in the middle of nature unfortunately
