    Corsair DDR 400 VS Kingston HyperX DDR 400

    Hello guys..

    I was looking at these cheap RAM blocks and was wondering which one is better...
    So I am actually asking for overclocking results... My current RAM (pc2700) will go 218FSB unstable 4-2-2-2 so I could you guys plz. write some results...

    well both are very good ram... so it's a hardcall between the 2.

    well I guess their really good then

    but does anyone have some OC results. .. It wouldnt be nice if they were overclocking less... :smileysex

    btw what modules does the hyperx use?

    and the corsair 3200 is using winbond bh-5 right?

    i got some pc3000 hyper x, hope to get some 400 soon

    Go with the HyperX. It is cheap, fast, and very overclockable. Opp has his up to 250 mhz (500 mhz DDR). Macci has as stick of PC3000 HyperX and his runs at 250 mhz also. This stuff is incredible. My vote is for the HyperX.

    Be careful with the HyperX PC3500...

    ...it is having problems running on the new nForce northbridge. I don't know if all of the HyperX series is involved or just the PC3500.

    I think the problems are mostly with the abit boards and more specificaly the ver. 2.0 NF7 that is having issues. People are speculating that it has to do with the new northbridge revision abit is using.
