At highest point that mobo is only 20mm thick, so if used material is 2mm aluminium, total case thicness would be only around 25-26mm and only around 176x176-8mm long/wide
yap, but damned 9mm SSD 2,5" thinkess

get pcie ribbon and get a 4770 (only takes 50 watts) lay it flat and then on the zotac 9300 just get q6600 + 8gb/4gb ram in 2 dimms
then a the new 150watt pico psu (2 of them 1 for gpu and 1 for the cpu)
then a slim drive and a 2.5 convential drive on top of the motherboard then simply get the dimmensions and create your own case
the only bad factor is that it will be rather long and maybe a little taller (due to the slim drive)
q66 + gf7300 not work good with FSP 270W PSU
(q66/g31/2gb/2,5" hdd takes on load 130W
on150W psu(8A 12V) not possible

but for itx quad? e7200/e8200 is enough a hell lot for that board + maybe 96/9800gt eco :O
