i installed the version 10... as mentioned above, but im unsure if that caused the change as after i removed the sata1 jumper i was hitting a burst of about 81 once i disabled the enabled command queuing i then got around 160-170 instantly. a simple check box was holding me back. the drivers installed fine tho so there is no guarantee that it would increase it and i dont want to uninstall them as its running smooth now.


now i just gotta oc my new q9550

PS. notice my last 2 cpu cores are sitting on 40 (realtemp set 100TjMax) due to stuck sensors, the chip was boxed up 1 month ago according to the batch sticker and i have had it for 24hrs, not very pleased
