    [Just4Review] Noctua NF-S12B FLX

    Noctua NF-S12B FLX

    Just4Review
    Sistema de Testes:

    AMD x4 945 3GHz
    Gigabyte MA790X UD4
    Gainward 4870 512MB Golden Sample
    OCZ DDR2 800MHz PC6400
    WD 500GB
    Thermalright ToughPower 750W
    HomeMade BenchTower
    Thermalright Venomous-X

    ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The Just4Review behind you now already known the Noctua NF-S12B.
The Noctua fan is behind us in a box with the usual colors of the brand. Inside we have the fan, an adapter to connect to a Molex, and two adapters that allow us to use this to 900rpm or 600rpm fan (Standard = 1200rpm). We also have four rubber anti-vibration and four screws.

    Tests :
    LinX (10 Run’s) / All Stock

The tests were performed with the thermal mass Noctua NT-H1, and the ambient temperature fluctuated between 15 º and 17 º C.

    1200 rpm (x2) Idle = 21º| Full = 42º
    1200 rpm Idle = 23º | Full = 44º
    900 rpm (x2) Idle = 24º | Full = 45º
    900 rpm Idle = 26º | Full = 47º
    600 rpm (x2) Idle = 26º | Full = 50º
    600 rpm = Idle = 27º | Full = 57º

As we can see in the chart above, the performance of these fans is very dependent on the rotation that we use.
With 1200rpm (even if only with a fan) the results are great and the noise is almost nil.

    Conclusion:

    Pros:
    - Design
    - Silence
    - Robustness
    - Accessories

    Cons:
    - Price
    -------------------------------------------------- -------------------------------------------------
The performance of these fans and very good. They are perfect for use on a daily basis, because its noise is almost nil.
The only "but" is that its price of around € 18 in Portugal.

    nice review
but how noisy are these fans at their respective rpms?
can you at least mention how noisy they are in relation to another popular fan to get a rough idea?

a short youtube vid would be enough, first one fan, then another, so we can hear what it sounds like
